There is really huge number of changes in v3.0 - listing them will take a few screens, however e want to sum up the four major changes: - new database (almost 3 times smaller, while keeping the same performance as v2.2.x) - Joomla 1.5 Native component - JoomlaStats API - counting and sharing statistics of non-Joomla world Please note that only modules having version 3.x are able to work with component version v3.0. ***************** 3-rd party developers *************** Please note that with the component we provide an engine for 3-rd party developers to have simple access to the statistics. We are even working on having more powerful routines that can be used.
