Me gustaría crear una herramienta, que será una especie de herramienta de sugerencia de traducción de Facebook, para Joomla! las comunidades a tener una mejor traducción.

IDEA Y BENEFICIOS:

La idea es crear una herramienta de sugerencia de traducción para la toma de mejores traducciones para Joomla! Le ayudará a no hablar Inglés equipos de traducción para obtener retroalimentación sobre la calidad de la traducción de las personas, que hablan el mismo idioma. Así que los equipos de traducción se puede involucrar a más voluntarios en el proceso de traducción.

ACERCA DE MI:

Estoy Edvard Ananyan aka edo888, un ciudadano de Armenia. Tengo 20 años de edad, y se me ha concedido una beca completa para ser estudiante de pregrado en la Universidad Estatal de Yerevan con especialización en Matemáticas Aplicadas y Física (Departamento de Física).

Siendo muy interesado en la informática, también he realizado una serie de proyectos de código abierto. Algunos de ellos se enumeran a continuación:

• GTranslate: un módulo de traducción automática basada en Google Translate
• Jumi: Joomla! contenido personalizado paquete de extensión (en colaboración con Martin Hajek)
• Jumi Consejos y Trucos
• JosLang: plugin sistema multilingüe (en colaboración con David Thomas)
• Xinha editor WYSIWYG plug-in

MILESTONES & DEVELOPMENT PROCESS TIMELINE:

There is a tool, which is doing translations for Joomla!: Translation Manager, I guess it is open-source and one of the developers is Andrew Eddie, so I guess I will not have any problems with license. So I can use some features of it. I will create a component, which will handle user sugestions from the Joomla! front page. People will rate or add their own suggestions.

1. Tool for finding all translation strings in en-GB (by default) and adding them into mysql table.
2. Interface to display all translation strings with their suggestions in frontend.
3. Interface for adding new suggestions for current string in community language.
4. Tool for voting for suggested translations.
5. Admin tool for selecting high rated translation and creating translation pack.
6. Ability for admins to add extension ini files for being translated with this tool.

I'm going to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; it's a full time job.
